Glenn Wike

President & CEO
The Burton Family Foundation

Glenn Wike began his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of The Burton Family Foundation in September 2023. He most recently served as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, Community Investment at the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF). During his time at ACF, Glenn worked to strengthen the foundation’s relationships with donors and community partners and led the foundation’s grantmaking operations, education and scholarship programs, and public policy efforts.

 

Additionally, Glenn collaborated with stakeholders in the development of many of ACF’s key initiatives including the Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy, the Pakis Center for Business Philanthropy, and advancement of the foundation’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. In the early stages of the COVID‐19 pandemic, he led the foundation’s community response through distribution of nearly $10 million in immediate relief grant funding to nonprofits across the state, followed by the deployment of more than $130 million in small business relief grants on behalf of local municipal partners.

 

Prior to ACF, Glenn was employed with the Phoenix Zoo. He currently serves on the boards of AZ Impact for Good, Friends of Public Radio Arizona, LOOKOUT, the Arizona Teacher Residency, the President’s Community Advisory Council at South Mountain Community College, and the Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy. Glenn has previously served on the boards of Arizona Forward, Support My Club, the Council on Foundations’ Community Foundation Advisory Group, and Valley of the Sun United Way’s Thriving Together Leadership Council. Glenn earned a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in public service and public policy, both from Arizona State University.
